射流法
射流曝气系统主要包含:射流曝气器、循环水泵、射流分配单元。
循环泵泵送的液体经由主管道、内喷嘴到混合室,把气体剪切成微小的气泡,形成富含臭氧的气液混合体。
射流曝气系统由于完全不同于微孔曝气等传统曝气方式的工作原理和结构特点,其高强度的射流主管道和强耐磨的喷嘴使得其终生免维护,其所用材料的优异抗腐蚀性,可以有效的避免断裂、脱落、腐蚀、磨损,其使用寿命可长达30年以上。
射流曝气尤其适用于高硬度、高盐、高COD的使用环境,可以避免微孔曝气出现的堵塞、腐蚀等问题。
