工业废水处理

石油石化废水成分复杂,浓度高、难降解,臭氧可去除有毒有害物质,分解苯、酚及其衍生物,提高废水的可生化性,还有脱色及去除异味等作用。印染.制药、颜料、电子、化工等工业排放废水含有难生化有机物或有毒物质,臭氧所拥有的强氧化能力可分解难生化有机物、降解有毒有害物质、去除水中色度和臭味,使污水达到排放或回用标准。

Although the ingredient of petroleum and petrochemicall waste water iscomplicated and concentration is high which lead to dfficultdegradation,ozone can remowe poisonous substance,decomposebenzene,phenol and derivant and improve biodegradability of wastewrater,as well as decolorize and deodorize.Ozone with strong oxidationability can decompose organics which is difficult to be treated bybiologicall-chemical technology and poisonous substance in dischargedwaste water from industry of printing and dyeing,pharmacyproduction,pigment production,electronics and chemical,etc.Ozonealso can remove color and odor in such kind of waste water. Waste waterafter treatiment could reach discharge or reuse standards.

臭氧+联合工艺

因COD浓度高,臭氧直接氧化不经济,一般采用联合工艺。
利用臭氧提高可生化性,一般工艺有臭氧+BAF,臭氧+催化剂,臭氧+H:O:,MBR+臭氧,臭氧+BAC。

Because of the high concentration of coD ,the direct oxidation of ozoneis not economical,so combined process is always used.
Use ozone to improve biodegradability.The common combined processis ozone +BAF,ozone+catalyst,ozone+H-O:，MBR+ozone，and ozone +BAC.
