由于热分解型臭氧破坏工艺需要在高温下进行,不利于设备安全.稳定的运行,目前一般多使用加热-催化型尾气破坏器。
加热-催化型尾气破坏器主要组成:
1.催化反应罐,包括不锈钢催化罐.催化剂等;2.加热器,包括温控器、不锈钢外壳、加热元件等;
3.离心风机:PTFE防腐涡轮和叶片;
4、控制柜:控制柜与破坏器为一体化设计,户外防雨。
主要特点∶
a.安全:尾气分解器使用触媒剂,臭氧分解效率高。
b.低温运行:运行温度大约为40-60°℃,相对于加热分解型可以节省90%的运行费用。
c.较低的压降:最大压降仅为0.02MPa。
d.出气浓度不高于0.08ppm,可以直接排放至大气。
Since the thermal decomposition type ozone destruction processneeds to be carried out at a high temperature, which is not conduciveto the safe and stable operation of the equipment, currently,heating-catalytic exhaust gas destroyers are generally used.
Main components of heating-catalytic exhaust gas destroyer:
1. Catalytic reaction tank,including stainless steel catalytic tank,catalyst, etc.;
2. Heaters,including thermostats,stainless steel housings。heatingelements,etc.;
3.Centrifugal fan:PTFE anticorrosive turbine and blade;
4.Control cabinet: The control cabinet and destroyer are integrateddesign , outdoor rainproof.
Main feature :
a. Safety: The exhaust gas decomposer uses a catalyst, and the ozonedecomposition efficiency is high.
b.Low temperature operation: The operating temperature is about 40-60°C,which can save 909% of the operating cost compared with thethermal decomposition type.
c.Lower pressure drop: the maximum pressure drop is only 0.02MPa.
d. The outgas concentration is not higher than 0.08ppm and can bedirectly discharged to the atmosphere.
